Kidd Kraddick founded Kidd’s Kids in 1991 with a dream to make a difference in the lives of children and their families who were dealing with life-altering or life-threatening conditions.
Initially, the program began as a bus ride to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas. Thanks to the volunteer efforts from our partners, donors, and medical professionals, along with the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show listeners’ willingness to embrace our mission, Kidd’s Kids has grown at an exponential rate.
Since 1991, the charity has sent over 1000 kids and their families on a trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Our goal is to continue to grow that number each year.

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
Caroline is our ‘Chief Happiness Officer’! As the driving force and voice of the foundation, Caroline wants to spread the word about Kidd’s Kids to the world. Also, Caroline does one awesome Australian accent. You can check it out on her blog.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As one of the founding members of Kidd’s Kids in 1991, I’ve had the privilege of watching the organization grow and evolve over the years. Today, I serve as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing our finances and ensuring that every dollar is used wisely to support our mission of bringing joy to families of children with life-altering medical conditions.
With a background in ministry and a lifelong commitment to serving others, I find great fulfillment in being part of a team that creates once-in-a-lifetime experiences for deserving families. Each year, I look forward to meeting the children and parents we serve. And while I may skip most of the rides at Disney, I’m always happy to stay back with those who prefer a quieter moment. It’s the little things that help make our group trips special, inclusive, and stress-free.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking for my family and cherishing time with my two wonderful grandchildren.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
I’ve been part of Kidd’s Kids since 2007 and currently serve as Executive Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the organization. Since my first year, I’ve been deeply involved in planning every Kidd’s Kids trip, and it’s been an incredible honor to meet and connect with hundreds of our amazing families along the way.
The most rewarding part of my role is seeing the joy and connection that our work brings to deserving children and their families. Knowing that the fundraising, logistics, and behind-the-scenes planning help create lifelong memories is what motivates me every day.
When I’m not working, you can find me walking the Katy Trail, enjoying time with friends (especially on a great Dallas patio!), snuggling with my sweet dog Luna, or watching Dateline—and pretty much anything Dateline-adjacent!

PROGRAM DIRECTOR
As Program Director, I work tirelessly behind the scenes to manage the information, organization, and implementation of everything Kidd’s Kids that Lyndsay needs. One of my favorite parts of the trip is getting to know the families and learning their names even before the journey begins! That—and convincing as many people as possible to ride all the rides!
When I’m not busy making Disney magic happen, I enjoy spending time with my family. I love skiing, biking, and doing just about anything outdoors.

IT Director
As the director of IT, Dustin is involved with all technology systems. From donation forms to online applications, he works hard to ensure a pleasant online experience. He also works alongside Rebecca and Lyndsay to ensure that the Kidd’s Kids tips go off without a hitch. Getting to learn each family’s story and creating lifelong bonds is Dustin’s favorite thing about the trip.
Even after his passing in 2013, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show has stayed committed to helping us live out the mission. The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show also supports Kidd’s Kids by dedicating one show each year to raising money for the trip. This is known as “Kidd’s Kids Day” and is a large source of our fundraising. The members of the cast also attend the trip each year and broadcast the show live from Walt Disney World. The kids and their families enjoy being able to ride rides and bond with cast members Kellie Rasberry, Big Al Mack, and Jose “J-Si” Chavez.
