Our mission is to provide hope and happiness by creating beautiful memories for families of children with life-altering or life-threatening conditions.
Kidd Kraddick founded Kidd’s Kids in 1991 with a dream to make a difference in the lives of children and their families who were dealing with life-altering or life-threatening conditions.
Initially, the program began as a bus ride to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas. Thanks to the volunteer efforts from our partners, donors, and medical professionals, along with the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show listeners’ willingness to embrace our mission, Kidd’s Kids has grown at an exponential rate.
Since 1991, the charity has sent over 1000 kids and their families on a trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Our goal is to continue to grow that number each year.

chief executive officer
Caroline is the Chief Executive Officer here at Kidd’s Kids, but anyone who is around her knows she’s also the ‘Chief Happiness Officer’! As the driving force and voice of the foundation, Caroline wants to spread the word about Kidd’s Kids to the world. Also, Caroline does one awesome Australian accent. You can check it out on her blog.
chief financial officer
Carolyn lives for serving others. Dedicated to ensuring the foundation’s finances are guided correctly, her impressive wisdom and compassion are only matched by her nurturing heart. Carolyn is not only active within the organization, but is heavily involved in the DFW community. Also, you can’t hear Carolyn laugh without laughing yourself. It’s infectious!
director of operations
As the Director of Operations, Lyndsay handles the day-to-day working of Kidd’s Kids and functions as the main contact for the organization. She draws her strength and purpose from the interactions with the kids and their families year round, and cherishes every moment spent with them. Also, Lyndsay is one fantastic hugger.
Interpreting sleepless nights of left and right brain battles into skills, some learned directly from Kidd Kraddick, the Executive Director role is a constant Type B collaboration of finding big hearts able to contribute dollars to support the mission of Kidd’s Kids. Meeting, greeting, explaining, connecting, brainstorming, creating, hoping and praying for our families are just part of the whirl in a day! When all the “ing’s” come together it’s the best day ever!
The role of Executive Assistant means wearing many hats and making sure everything gets taken care of behind the scenes – all while making it look easy. As a proud Type-A persona, Logan’s favorite hobbies include: color-coding her calendar, organizing, and creating to-do lists. Don’t worry if you forget to reply to her email, she already has a reminder on her calendar to follow up with you.
The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show
Renowned radio host Kidd Kraddick founded Kidd’s Kids in 1991 after being inspired to help children in need. Even after his passing in 2013, The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show has stayed committed to helping us live out the mission. The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show also supports Kidd’s Kids by dedicating one show each year to raising money for the trip. This is known as “Kidd’s Kids Day” and is a large source of our fundraising. The members of the cast also attend the trip each year and broadcast the show live from Walt Disney World. The kids and their families enjoy being able to ride rides and bond with cast members Kellie Rasberry, Big Al Mack, Jose “J-Si” Chavez, and Jenna Owens. For more information, visit www.kiddnation.com.
