As you enjoy this holiday season with your family, you can be a part of bringing hope and happiness to Kidd’s Kids families for years to come. Children living with life-threatening and life-altering conditions wish to be “normal,” or not be in the hospital, or be in pain everyday. Kid’s like: Dillon Age 12. Dillon and his Dad were in a serious car accident that left Dillon paralyzed and learning to live a new normal. And Meredith, diagnosed with Lupus who takes over 70 pills a week to feel the best she can feel on any given day.
Your tax-deductible donation on #GivingTuesday can help us continue the mission of the Kidd’s Kids wish-granting organization to provide hope and happiness by creating beautiful memories for families of children with life-altering and life-threatening conditions. Founded in 1991 by the late, nationally syndicated Radio DJ Kidd Kraddick, Kidd’s Kids has taken more than 1,000 children ages 5-12 and their families on all-expenses-paid vacations to Walt Disney World. In 2017 Caroline Kraddick created the Kidd’s Kids Teen Trip to Give Kids the World Village in Central Florida. Here older children ages 13-18 with life-threatening conditions, and their families are provided an all-expenses-paid vacation with passes to Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. These unique, group trips create life-long friendships during the vacation of a lifetime.
These memories mean the world to families like Saylah Falcon, Afton Roush, and Dalen Thomas, whom we lost this year, and are only possible with your support. Make your #GivingTuesday donation today by visiting kiddskids.org, or by clicking the link below.
The Glamour Squad made a stop in New Orleans and we had so much fun! 20 young girls at The Children’s Hospital of New Orleans got a special treat from our wonderful volunteers from The Aveda Institute with facials, make-up, hair styling, and manicures! By the end of the afternoon we were all singing and dancing to the ‘Frozen’ soundtrack…you know we heard ‘Let It Go’ more times than we can count!
Our longtime friends over at Raising Cane’s provided their delicious chicken fingers and Cane’s sauce for lunch – YUM!
