Chief Happiness Officer, Lifetime Board Member
I have so many wonderful memories as a child experiencing this trip with my dad, Kidd Kraddick. Now as an adult, I love that I get to continue his legacy and what he created. I work with the Kidd’s Kids staff and board of directors to keep my dad’s vision going so we can continue to provide hope and happiness to deserving families for years to come. Spending time with families at Disney World is always the highlight of my year.
Founding Board Member and Chief Financial Officer
I have had the privilege of watching the organization grow and evolve over the years since 1991! As CFO, I oversee the finances and ensure that every dollar that is donated is used wisely. I look forward to meeting the families each year and hearing their stories.
Executive Director
I oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the organization. From fundraising and partnerships to planning the trip each year, I truly have the best job! I have been part of Kidd’s Kids since 2007 and have met hundreds of amazing families along the way. A lot of work goes into planning each year, and I am honored to get to do this for so many deserving Kidd’s Kids and their families.
Program Director, Board Member
As program director I help manage the planning, organization, and behind the scenes details that bring Kidd’s Kids to life. One of my favorite parts of the trip is getting to know the families before the journey begins and then convincing as many people as possible to ride all the rides!!
IT Director
I help oversee all the technology systems. From the donation forms to online applications, my goal is to ensure a pleasant online experience! I also get to work alongside Lyndsay and Rebecca to help with the Kidd’s Kids trip logistics while in Orlando. My favorite part about Kidd’s Kids is learning each family’s story and creating lifelong bonds.

I am originally from the DFW area and grew up listening to the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show. I moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida and have been there ever since and currently work for The Four Seasons Orlando. I have been volunteering for Kidd’s Kids since 2011! As a former Disney cast member, I love using my knowledge to help families navigate the parks each year. I am so grateful to be part of this amazing organization.
